Experience in Architecture, Interiors, and Construction Administration, with a diverse portfolio of project types including academic/higher education, commercial, retail, tenant improvements, and residential, with budgets up to $50M, with recent experience navigating the entitlement process and the challenges of urban infill development. Tamara joined Gould Evans in 1998, in the Phoenix, AZ office and served as Vice President in 2008. As project manager and architect, Tamara led a variety of challenging renovation and adaptive reuse projects, emphasizing creative, detail-driven solutions within strict budget and schedule constraints. Tamara took on business development, marketing and interviewing responsibilities early in her tenure at the firm and continued to demonstrate a strong ability to advance design ideas, build consensus, and win the respect and trust of clients, consultants, and contractors. Tamara left Gould Evans in 2009 for an opportunity to assist an international artist team with the development and construction of a $2M Public Art Project at the Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport Automated Train/Valley Metro station. In January 2014, Tamara re-entered the architectural community and joined the San Francisco, CA office of RIM Architects. Current projects include the Bluxome Street Office Development, the relocation and redesign of Louis Thomas Menswear at Town Center Corte Madera, and a new Administration Building for the International Boundary and Water Commission.
